Countdown to Kick-off

We are excited to announce that on Monday, August 12, 2019, the first phase of the Waiawa Navy Waterline Project will begin.

For general construction methods, the project will implement different mitigation tools and techniques to minimize the impact for the surrounding community. This includes, but are not limited to:

• Noise Controls

• Vibration Monitoring

• Dust Monitoring

• Visibility Monitoring

For Traffic, Parking and Access Impacts, Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company will be implementing lane modifications, traffic controls signage, Special Duty Police Officers and parking restrictions in the immediate work areas. Notices will be passed out to the businesses in the affected areas prior to the start of construction.
